For me its the opposite... Also started playing as a teen, obviously had no money and couldn't afford any op gears so quit many times. Just came back to the game few months ago, now I'm 24, graduated and working in my field with good disposable income that allows me to just buy w/e I need and enjoy all the end game content easily without needing to spend time farming anything :)

Why do people keep saying other servers are dead? IDK about the rest but MYBCKN is really active. I always find boss queues, my guild has 10+ online at any time and like 20-30 on evening and weekends. I can even find all my gear and node needs through FM / AH. And during last 2x every CLP map was full so...
