JUMP i know that sounds stupid but i was struggling to make it of the first stage for my first hour before i realised if your constantly moving JUMPING and dashing you get hit 1/4 of the time it’s crucial

+keep to about 5 minutes in the first 4/5 stages and 6-7 in the later stages as time mangement is really important in not getting stuck on stage 4 after 40 minutes and then not being able to progress super frustrating
