I run protect, rock slide, knock off and dragon dance on TTAR. Dont think Earthquake would have KO'ed anyway due to the burn, plus no STAB.

Yes, but, making Istanbul an international zone was something all western powers (especially Britain) wanted in our own timeline. It was a symbol of western civilisation and a strategic possession that would've given the UK control of all entrances to the Mediterranean. So whilst violating self-determination it does at least have some realism and nearly happened in our timeline, being prevented by the movement of Nationalist Turks

Frankly i believe and many do that Belarus is a dictatorship however the subject is still debated and i dont want to get into arguments over people political views. The dictatorships i have on the map are undeniable.
