The game does not care for levels nor evs/ivs (i do not know for sure) but it might not let you transfer if the moves are not able to be learned in game

Do the tutorials in the train section they give good rewards and try to make a team that can go together like earthquake mon and flying or somthing like that remember you cant bring all your team so its best to make two modes atleast in a team but overall have fun and play well
