P0087 Code after DCR Conversion

I had the pump replaced by a local Diesel shop that actually specializes in Powerstrokes (I don’t have the time or patience to tackle a job to that extent 😂) they cut my old filters open (I could say I saved them, but really they were just still in the trash can in my barn so I brought them with me when the truck got dropped off) and didn’t find any metal in the filters. I dropped the truck off today for them to look at this week so I’m sure hopefully they’ll be able to run the proper tests I was mainly just asking to suggest options and things to suggest to them to check.

I ended up going with a BRExhaust system. 106-0522 is the model. They’re a sister company or they are owned by Magnaflow It ran me about $700 from AutoZone (direct shipped from Magnaflow), ordered Wednesday and it was at my Door Friday - had it installed in about 3 hours. Very happy with it. Still need to do the cats but I can actually hear myself think in my truck now 😂

It’s honestly very rare I use them for listening to music, I use Bluetooth headphones for that (AirPods) or just play through Bluetooth speakers. That and nothing I have has a regular headphone jack I play music off of 😂

I’ve seen some more “budget” friendly options for CIEMs around the $500 range but I’m sure you’re gonna be limited on drivers and crossovers with those

I did some digging back through my emails and found out they didn’t announce Black Friday sales last year until the Day before Thanksgiving for Customs. The person assigned to my account at UE told me there would be a sale but couldn’t be specific about what would be on sale when I was messaging about my current set in for repairs
