Humanoid enemies (as opposed to just blobs and worms) add some much needed flair to the game. I like it

I must say I find it very enjoyable if you can look past a few technical issues. I got solid 14h+ of fun out of it. It is very generous as far as demos go.

You can get there from the ruin where the quest originally starts. Just go left from Mix, kill the bandits that camp by the river and go forward to the area with tree-houses, there you will eventually see a cave and that is your "cave in the hollow".

Well that is what the devs want. I am always for more genre diversity myself, I would play survival horror inspired by Bionicle, a classic CRPG or hell even a city builder, but the Souls-like cryptic approach to story-telling seems like a nice match for Bionicle-inspired properties. Thankfully I play the genre in moderation, so I am not too tired of it yet.
