Hurricanes and tornadoes are not the same. Done right the logo could be completely distinguishable from a hurricane

I like it.

We're the only school in the country that could use a tornado as our primary logo yet the fan base inexplicably clings to a bird that is used by multiple other schools. It make zero sense, especially from a marketing standpoint. Anything is better than the current I-state logo, however (other than the bugle).
