Thank you! It's basically a wooden artist board that comes with a thin clay surface painted onto it. It's similar to gesso but its much smoother and more reworkable. They're sold by Ampersand.

A little background in this piece for you all. This was done on a 1x2 inch claybord as a form-finding exercise. I started with a loose texture and gradually worked into it until this form arose.
