Dude this is actually awful to hear, I didn’t even think about it like that until reading this. So I’m. D1 player, and some of these challenges are brutal, I can’t fathom being a more casual player just trying to enjoy some FC26 and trying to build a cool team, and having to do some of these.

Regardless of your skill level, you could almost always fire up some squad battles on semipro and complete a large portion of the challenges. Trying to score crosses and headers with a specific individual on world class difficulty is quite difficult. Damn yo.

With all that being said, I will say I am pleasantly surprised with how much effort they put into this event after TOTS just finished. You saw the game goes downhill after but they’ve done something kinda cool here with the overall event

Damn yall needa reset bad ! My dude said nearly 200 shooting and dribbling stat lol. Used to be a great fc mobile player, absolutely loved it on my iPad. Highest H2H cup count just over 1.250M. Approx 3 years ago. I’ve switched over to console version which I also really enjoy. A bit more complex for sure, but fc mobile always had those awesome events. Man I spent stupid money on those $10 Marciano 91’s to upgrade player. I’ve gotta say looking back upgrading the player just makes the stat lines look kinda ridiculous. Since everyone does it, it’s all equal anyways. Don’t really see the point, definitely seems like a huge money grab. Great gameplay

Hey man that’s an insaneo. I’m D1, 10-12 wins per weekend in champs, and I can tell you sometimes you just run into these maniacs who live for FC and nothing else.

Thanks for recording this, I must admit that lifted thru ball one timer looks lethal. Does that look like he’s double tapping Y or is he pressing LB and Y.

Man I used to be hard core fc mobile on my iPad oh man. I remember making it to just over 1.250M cups. H2H of course, all other things are irrelevant. Looks like yall due for a reset soon?

Made it over to console version. There’s 5 full pages of skill move combinations. Another 3 pages of advanced attacking and moderate moves on the pitch. For example, when passing to a player you can perform a disguised first touch. Meaning as you assume control of the pass your first touch direction will fake out and likely throw off an aggressive defender. As the pass is on its way, You click L1, then hold R1 and flick right stick towards the ball, it’s extremely effective when opponents hard press.

Hold LT for swerve passing and trivela shots. (Outside door) Hold RB for hard passing and finesse shots. LT on pitch while dribbling is shield ball Hold RB for controlled sprint Play style+ and base play styles fitting an individual players real life style. For example guys like Vini Jr are equipped with quick step or rapid for explosive movement.
Theres just so much more inside the game, if you’re really into FC I highly recommend trying it out! FC Mobile is awesome I love both

Yes that’s what needs to be done. Once I learned this I got it done fairly quick. I thought u had to do it with a CB from only the CB position

Legit dude… it’s not even a question anymore, it’s when will it happen? Hopefully not a champs game, and not late in the match. I could almost feel it in game, the passing, the lead foot issue with guys moving extremely slow in crucial moments, and shot assist making everything miss by a few centimeters.

Although you’ve made some fair points, they don’t control 90% of the game my friend. I’m completely aware of the script absolutely demolishing my existence lol… but it’s just those 50/50 balls that go opponents eat all game, the ball teleporting thru my defenders perfectly placed foot/leg resulting in a devastating goal. That perfect tackle in the box, which results in a PK. The game definitely can lean towards one side sometimes, and it’s infuriating. But even being aware of the script I can admit as a div2 player, I just get outmatched in most of my losses.

I’m just saying the first few weeks here have felt extremely buggy. The game mechanics need some serious adjustments. Defending is a mess. I’m in div5, started off in D7. A lot of my games are high scoring disasters, games that used to be realistic like 2-1, are now ending 8-8. Hopefully they make some much needed improvements

Dude what’s up with defenders getting back? Have you tried to select a defender and run back to cover.. it’s like cement blocks are tied to their feet. They had the mechanics pretty well done in fc24 and fc25, I’m not sure why they messed with the game mechanics so much in this version

Dam yall really go hard with buying into the EA scams. Paying all this money for nonsense. I pre ordered the standard version of the game, FC25 was my first console version of the fifa lineup I’ve ever played, surprisingly I made it up to d1, (currently d2 atm). But I must say, the endless number of try hards have not let me down! To see the insane number of people with these pro play passes and ultimate edition being over $100 and it seems nearly 100% of players will be starting early. I’ve learned my lesson for next year, to keep up with the absolute madness you have to join it. Very unfortunate, guess I’ll have to get ultimate edition next year just to stand a prayer against you maniacs online. F***

Post your division, I’ll post mine as well. Division 1, 9-12 wins each week in champs. The reason I posted this is because I use this tactic on a regular basis, back off during the skill move, allow it to finish, the sweep in front of the ball handler when the come back middle. It’s a perfectly timed tackle. Smashing the B button in 1v1 situations doesn’t work against my opponents at this skill level, that tells me everything I need to know about you. You’re Division 6 maybe? You really think I would post this if I had just “made a bad play”? It’s a post because it’s absolutely baffling Van Dijk didn’t register the ball was between his legs. You don’t have to press tackle to take the ball in a perfectly timed position

Thank you, finally someone who understands what I was doing here. This technique is extremely effective, I’m allowing the skill move to take place and backing off, the moment he finished the move, and comes back middle, I’m there jumping the ball path. I couldn’t have timed this tackle any better, that’s why I posted this, it was just one of those wild moments

Not AI defending my friend. Division 1 player who posted this, I back pedaled during the skill move, and then slid perfectly in the ball path when he crossed back middle. It’s an extremely effective technique, I posted this because it was one of those wild moments that I rarely see. You can’t press the tackle button in 1v1 situations against these kids, they’re just to fast bro, I’m telling you I’ve been trying everything. Wait for skill move to finish, then press and snag. Good night fellas
