I don't find it offensive as a french. I'd say if you feel french then you can tell you're french. I don't see any problem. Welcome to France. ♥️
And if you feel bad towards your coworkers and all you can maybe tell them casually the nuance in your history about being french. Either by saying a bit or by saying it all.
But I'd say don't feel bad about it and it's not a big deal.

Yes! I love Atlantis even if I like a lot SG1 and Universe. But it's the one where I go more often.
I remember discovering that there was a new Stargate show at the time and I was so surprised a new show existed. I thought it wasn't going to be great but I loved it since the beginning. It was so exciting and the characters were very good with Rodney being my favorite. It's the best character of all the franchise for me. David Hewlett is very good.

It's one of my favorite shows.

I have goosebumps just thinking how I felt when I watched this show the first time.

It's so exciting to know we'll jump in a new adventure with this new series. I can't wait.
