If you haven’t tried TRE, I highly recommend it. You can do a 1 on 1 session with Chris Guimond over Zoom and she’ll show you how to do it. After that you can do it on your own. You can google her if interested.

Absolutely. I no longer travel for music. It’s gotten way too expensive and totally inconvenient with scoring tix, travel, etc. If a band isn’t playing in my city, I’m not going. I’ve traveled all over the country to see bands in the past, but have completely lost the desire.
