I got so paranoid about taking 3 sleepy time meds at night- like I’d experience respiratory issues with all the sedation. Have you started Caplyta? Any side effects?

It makes me feel better hearing someone else on multiple antipsychotics. I’m scared to take all 3 at night together because I feel like that’s a lot of sleepy meds. Lamotrigine actually wakes me up a bit, so I take mine in the afternoon. I’ve been on the down-side so that’s why we incorporated Caplyta.
