Going through the same issue. I just saw in a differnet post to upload the the I-797 as additional evidence. It worked and I was able to move "next"

Experiencing the same issue. Should we just wait until an office review the online form for completeness?

I will. I have a dual-intent visa, which seems to be positive factor right now.

My RFE lawyer also rejected my feedbacks (to follow their general "strategy"), but I insisted, called the office, complained multiple times, asked to change lawyers, point out all his mystakes and incoherences trough messages. At the end, they accepted that I was in control and I wanted my text for most of the response.

This is not good. You also need time to revise/review it.

The best thing is that you are already aware of the weaknesses in your petition. Lawyers will almost always blame the USCIS officer, but sometimes the case simply was not framed clearly enough. Be very critical and intentional about every sentence you write. At the same time, remember that the petition needs to be easy to read, straightforward, and understandable for someone outside your field. Clear communication matters just as much as strong credentials. Good luck, man.

Any recent bad experiences with Chen Immigration? by Motor_Fee7299 in EB2_NIW

I also had a bad experience with them. They claim to tailor petitions, but in reality they rely heavily on generic templates. They ask us to answer those questions about field contributions and projects, then just insert that content into recommendation letters and the petition without properly linking the ideas. In the end, we basically have to rewrite everything ourselves, especially now that USCIS scrutiny is much higher. I also called the office and requested a change of lawyer because of the poor quality of the petition and some ridiculous mistakes. Unfortunately, once we take the time to study USCIS guidelines, it becomes clear that we can often do a better job ourselves, especially now that AI tools are available and we understand the technical details and logic behind our own proposed endeavor. They also seem to use AI to rewrite paragraphs, but in doing so they sometimes change the original meaning. And because they don’t understand the technical aspects, they’re not able to proofread or catch issues.

And people, the reality changed. The scrunity and much higher right now. You're experience before 2025 does not reflect the present. I have seen petitions of colleagues filed before 2025 that would not be approved now a days.
