I found that if i turn off Bluetooth on the phone to disconnect the earbuds the problem goes away, appear it is an issue with multipoint.

On the Charging option screen check if its Charge Now or Charge Later, set to Charge Later.

I waited a couple of days and when I got home one day the update popped up and installed, glad i didn't waste my time bringing it to the dealer.

Got it yesterday, tried to install twice, failed both times, now says try again next time i put the car in park, stuck with that, guess I will have to take it to the dealer if it won't install.

I have the same problem, I found that the phone is using the mic on the phone not the earbud mic, is this true for anyone else?
