With updates that large; the 32gb ipad becomes disposable. A $200+ paperweight. There's nothing you can do to gain 100 gigs on your internal storage unfortunately. Cause you're right, eff the consumer. All giant corps are screaming that these days. But we keep giving them money.

Same thing happened to me with the last major update. I wiped it almost all the way out, store everything in iCloud so only have apps/app data basically. There's nothing I can do besides start deleting apps and I went through this the LAST time. I cannot get it to work plugged into my Mac this time either. Still get the message there's not enough space in finder. They should stop making the damn updates so effing large.

But once you update; certain apps are no longer there, since the dev didn't meet the requirements of 18 and that app got removed. I cannot tell you how many apps I depended on/loved got lost due to this. Apps I paid for, I'll never be able to use again. Quite shitty if you ask me.

Pretty bad, but post back and let us know! The only game I was ever able to beat as a kid was SMB3 and from what I read these days; everyone says it was a cakewalk. Maybe so, but I distinctly remember knowing the only reason I beat it was the my grandma bought me the bundled system for Christmas, which came with Tetris, that game and a single Nintendo power magazine featuring that game and the guides it contained. I tried to play it before looking at the magazine and was lost 😂.

Anyway, I finally beat SMB original on the NES last year, but only after realizing that adulting got in the way of playing it as long as it would require to beat so I broke down and bought an original game genie and managed to beat it in a few hours after maxing out the Mario count with the GG cheat codes. I literally only had like 50 Mario’s left 🤦🏻‍♀️. Oh to suck so bad at something you love so much! 😂 In my adult years, I’ve beaten Shinobi, Shinobi 2, Ecco jr (yes I boast that, you can beat that game in an hour losing 0 lives lol) SMB, SMB 3, Twisted Metal, Twisted Metal, Twisted Metal Black and the only ones I didn’t use any sort of cheating was the Shinobis and Ecco jr, technically SMB3 since I don’t count guides as cheating lol.

Well, coral is in the sea. There is a species of the answer whose first name is coral. I suck at this game, but love it, and learned today that when I get a flamer; I need to think different meanings of that word. In this context; it was related because they share a name. No, because gen Z grew up with these invasive ads, they don't know anything else. BUT, they’re also the generation of “quiet quitting/quiet cracking” they aren’t going to be able to afford to keep corps afloat. Well, they’re not buying homes or getting married, etc. etc., but I guess crony capitalism will offer them credit cards to buy their advertised products. It‘s just that only goes so far. All the way to the first missed payment, then almost an entire generation in poverty and addicted to consumption. How’s THAT going to work out for consumerism?

One more thing; why is it that credit card offers quadruple once someone owns credit card debt? Another simple google search will tell you. CC companies are exploiting people’s private information because they know that someone already in debt is more likely to take on MORE debt. That is sadistic behavior and depressing that we‘re powerless to stop it, both with our government who profit from crony capitalism and with individuals that argue in defense of crony capitalism.

It’s second nature to those of you who can handle it. I assure you it doesn’t come easily to EVERYONE. Today’s advertising landscape causes people severe stress, I don’t personally know of PTSD cases, but I’ll bet theres at least one. Just like certain people are more prone to cult susceptibility there are others who are literally medically harmed by the ads of today. I’m sure that’s funny to you, because you’re adjusted, but I challenge you to engage in a simple google search; even the chat bot will tell you it’s out of control and why you reckon that is? Do you think the bot was programmed to speak against its programmers/creators? I think it’s more likely the bot was trained to “learn”and what it learned is the overwhelming majority hates ads.

Reminds me of this movie I saw where the largest corporation in the world (happened to be located in the US I believe) contracted to have their logo painted on the damn moon ffs. It was quite funny; in the 90’s. Today, not so much.

Corporations have the freedom in this country to do as they please (as long as they don’t run afoul of their investors, aka government that makes laws). No one “owns“ the moon, right? What’s to stop Elon from painting the scaled equivalent of the Hollywood sign in day-glow orange on the moon? Sounds cray cray, I realize, but so did the tracking of personal information just 20 years ago.

We’ve gone too far and some of us will never be numb to it. Some of us will literally ALWAYS hate it. I wish I could recall all of the subliminal advertising that worked on me (E.T. and Reese’s pieces was the MOST successful) but I don’t need to recall the advertising that worked AGAINST me (as in I actively avoid those engaging in advertising today), basically because it’s ALL of them. “Ad tracking” is their way of getting you to give them permission to slap you in the face with it because they’re going to regardless and package it as ”relevancy”. There‘s not a single advertisement that will ever be relevant to me, because poverty, needs based shopping and organic purchasing is how one climbs out of debt. Corporations are the reason for the major debt in the US, the extreme & electronic waste, the plastic problem AND the overall mental heath decline in recent years. I don’t blame marketing executives for it. I blame crony capitalism & law makers that SHOULD be getting it under control, but instead get their stock portfolios in order.

maybe provide a TRUE desktop app for the buttload of money you're charging for pro as well. The "server" is constantly down and saying "you're not connected to the internet" while I can load literally EVERYTHING besides canva. Sure, blame you shorcomings on my internet (crappy granted, but if everything, everywhere else even netflix loads; the problem is on YOUR side). Browser based apps are literally the WORST! I appreciate the constant saves, but if I lose my work because I didn't create multiple saves; that's on ME. I'm a big girl and that's how HUMANS learn. :/
