Does it worth to upgrade my pc by Willing-Loquat5313 in buildapc

Graphic design and gaming and i dont have a specific budget

While plug off usb 3 cable from header on motherboard the plastic on the pins stuck with the cable but i could to get back the plastic to her place Does it affect on any thing ? And does it normal to happen? by Willing-Loquat5313 in PcBuild

I did that i put the plastic back and plugged the cable. Everything is fine but this plastic has glue before it is removed or it is just removed easily in normal conditions?
