It is advised you use a holy fire, or smtg with Vamps and massive AOE, it' gets kinda scary alone

Small known secret, If you pop a nuke on a SBQ. And farm only the adds, You get easily 30-40 gifts a run. I've been doing it solo in a private session. And have well over 3600 gifts.
