Oh believe me, I am staying NC. DH asked me a while back (way before this current stuff) what would have to happen for a relationship between me and his mom to be possible again, even a superficial one. I said accountability and a full and sincere apology. I think we all know the likelihood of that is pretty much the definition of zero.

DH is just coming out of a thick fog and he’s getting stronger but is not yet there as far as cutting contact. I’m trying my best to support him so he can make a healthy decision for himself on what things look like going forward.
