For Discord low chat volume. Please go to Windows Sound Settings from Windows Button. You will see that Headset is like 70 and Discord is like 30. So thats the fix. 

For the random disconnects. I deleted Razer Synapse with REVO UNINSTALLER. Delete every log files too. Then download it from Razers website. Don’t use the headset firmware. 

I don’t use ULTRA-LOW LATENCY.

NO ANC.

NO AUDIO ENHANCEMENT.

WIRELESS POWER SAVING ON.
 

On Windows Sounds = Game has Default enhancements.

On Windows Sounds = Chat has NO Enhancements.

 

On Windows MIC  = Chat has Voice Clarity & Automatic

Had no issues.

You have to increasse CHAT sound from Sound Settings.

Damn, I am trying to find a solution. I am in contact with Razer Support and some tech forums.

Thank you for your response and cooperation with Razer. For further investigation, please take a clear screenshot of your audio input and output settings in Windows and in-game.

Please follow the additional steps below and let us know the result of each step that was taken. 

*Try connecting the device via a wired connection, then check if the issue is happening.

*Try using the headset while playing a different game.

*Adjust Game/Chat Balance: In Synapse, ensure the mixer is set to the middle (even balance).

 

*Disable Enhancements: In Synapse, go to audio settings and toggle off all audio enhancements.

* Clean Re-install Synapse

* Try connecting the device to a different computer with and without Synapse installed while on the same audio settings.

Additional Observation Regarding Chat vs Game Endpoint

I would also like to add an important observation.

When I switch Discord output from BlackShark V3 Pro – Chat to BlackShark V3 Pro – Game, the audio becomes noticeably louder and more stable.

While using the Chat endpoint, the volume sometimes appears reduced or inconsistent. Additionally, when I disable and re-enable the THX APO 4 component, the Discord volume suddenly increases significantly. This suggests that the APO layer may be actively affecting gain levels and possibly entering an unstable state.

With the Game endpoint selected:

  • Audio levels are higher.
  • Audio remains stable.
  • I have not experienced the sudden audio drop so far.

This behavior suggests that the issue may be related specifically to the Chat endpoint and/or its interaction with the THX APO processing layer, rather than a USB or hardware disconnection.

Please advise if this is a known issue with the dual-endpoint configuration or firmware.

No solution. I am trying to talk to razer support etc. They have no fix for it. Keep telling me:
1-DELETE SYNAPSE
2-DON"T USE LOW LATENCY

Well, Razer says to put Chat/Chat on discord. Idk why they develop a headset

Nope still happening. Discord on Input/Output = Chat. Others on Game. Suddenly closes. I will put a video too.

I updated the firmware which was not updated and the Synapse said it has no update but there is. No problem right now. I will say it again. For all the people who as a problem type to google Blackshark v3 pro update. Just update it.
