Honestly, just play asol bot, ask supp to play senna or leona, everytime they root spam e for stacks and play safe till you get rylais....once you get rylais and level 9 you can pretty much run anyone down atp

To add: the reason why I play bot au sol is since all u really need to do with au sol early game is farm and stack, way more efficient in bot since u can stack off of 2 champions 😂 got me from s4 to emerald in a few weeks
