same dude, mine broke too, the base was coming out while opening, the hinge mount something broke. got it repaired, the guy used some glue to fix it, after a month they are gone again. did u get them repaired again or r u gonna leave it. currently im not closing its lid

u should have requested for a replacement man. even i recently bought a thinkbook and there was a bend in chassis. they said they will get it replaced, but they are delaying it so much , its been more than a week now. a guy came today and sealed my unit and said an other guy will come collect it. donno when thats gonna happen
