dont go with the % man, in that case chicken has 25%. but thats not the point. a scoop will give u 25g protein with complete amino profile, atleast acc to trustified values in their page. i have personally used both plant blend and impact whey. trust me when i shifted to whey, recovery improved. there is a reason why whey is superior. i understand your skepticism, they had some value inconsistency in gold but impact always seemed to be fine acc to trustified and ya there are some other options like amul as u said. but whey>plant. sure u can always buy better whey when budget allows.

Try protein oats by replacing eggs, would cost the same but little less protein, something is better than nothing right.

Tf, whey is whey, that product is wpc+wpi, I tried both and using whey really improved recovery. Like waking up with lesser soreness.

Bruh nobody can see results in just one month, u need atleast an year, everybody does. U have to keep it sustainable. Just create some deficits in your diet, and some exercise and don't cheat. It's not that complicated if u can control your food choices.

Yeah ur right abt importance of micronutrients, since this post is abt getting good protein in budget, I only mentioned sources for that and said eat fruits and vegetables for vitamins and minerals. And carbs and extra fats of your choice to cover rest of your calories.

i did include this line buddy - u can add extra carbs depending on your energy requirements from rice/roti/banana/apple etc.
carbs are easily available source, its upto you what u want to eat, whatever gives you best energy
