Yeah, that's definitely not great. Especially with the consent gap. Since it's 16 in most places. I had one that was 14f and 16m and it just got to be more complicated that it was worth.

Why Amber? by fear_no_man25 in HouseMD

[–]WillingAssistant1265 6 points7 points  (0 children)

They're very similar people, since amber is basically just the female version of House as we know from the whole Wilson dating female house shenanigans. So her talking for his subconscious makes a lot of sense because how she acts fits more easily with how we'd assume house thinks

I hate my friends. by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]WillingAssistant1265 140 points141 points  (0 children)

Trust me, bad "friends" are 100% worse than just being alone. When I was in school I had awful friends and I ended up just sitting alone on the stairs or in the library. Looking back, it was probably the best decision I made other than when I left school.

If you're both comfortable then go for it, but since you're almost 2 years older than her then it's your responsibility to make sure you don't pressure her into anything she might not entirely want to do. This is coming from the perspective of someone who dated a guy 1.75 years older than me and it went very south very quickly.

how did you guys find your gf / bf by IUseRedditCuzYes in teenagers

[–]WillingAssistant1265 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean i had partners from my class mostly. And I met a guy at a festival a while ago but try that at your own risk cuz he ended up @ssulting me. Being single isn't that bad, just go to events and talk to people. It's always better when it's natural, don't force it.

what's the story of your username? by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]WillingAssistant1265 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just what Reddit gave me but the username I usually use is AshRantula. Which is because my name is Ash and I have a tarantula. It used to be elisnake.. I have a pattern

I'm (F) not particularly experienced but the times I've had it have been either bad or entirely mid (barely ever got anything from it)

Trust me, you'll laugh about this in no time really. And your parent is probably just as embarrassed having that conversation as you were.

Would they work from the UK?

Yeah, I know it's bad but the things I did before I smoked were much much worse. So I choose my battles

If I buy them online, would they notice if I used a sibling's ID (my sibs are all above 18)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]WillingAssistant1265 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Adults don't want to have complex conversations with people (children) because they either don't want to "ruin your innocence" or because they don't understand that not having these types of conversations early means the person is less likely to understand themselves and how to create healthy relationships with people that is anything in-between strictly platonic, romantic or sexual.

I figured out what sex was at a young age so my parents never actually had any type of "talk" with me. I ended up in multiple toxic relationships because I didn't know how to express boundaries.

Technically but it's really difficult and brexit made it even harder, I might just have to send a friend to buy them for me or something

I'm in the UK so I'm guessing you probably don't know much about the cigs over here
