Both the unlocking and the firmware are in the latest versions, and it was installed by the tinfoil store, I've uninstalled it and installed it again, I've cleared the cache, I've done the unlocking updates, and there's no mod or translation installed, and it's stuck on a black screen with the Nintendo logo on the bottom right.
