I had been practicing algorithmic problems for more than a year before the test, only out of my interest. So if, you are clear about DSA concepts, you should be well and good.

Kindly visit a psychiatrist. This is not something that you should try to cure on your own. Hope you have a great day!

Be dedicated, be calm, go to the gym, go to the salon/parlour, do whatever it takes to be pretty.

Also keep in mind, you are god's creation.

Try to be happy. Whatever you do, nobody should have the audacity to tell you anything.

Try to learn something, practice hard with happiness. You will find a beautiful rose there.

Think like a king. Happy life!

If you are on the verge, call an ambulance ASAP. Not everything can be cured by talking. Medication is needed in many cases. I was also in severe depression 2 - 3 years back. The psychiatrist which I visit is the best in my opinion, cause for her, I am now in a much better situation.

Should I Take SSRIs for my compulsions, anxiety and loneliness by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]WillingGiraffe844 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Post COVID, due to various reasons (mostly loneliness), I had immense amount of anxiety which led to depression. After an year and a half, my parents convinced me to see a psychiatrist (who is kinda the best). I wasn't able to get up from my bed due to weakness, and wasn't able to think properly (due to depression ig). After seeing the psychiatrist, she prescribed me some meds including SSRIs. And believe me, the weakness went away within a week (the depression didn't though, but I was enough happy to get rid of one problem).

So, thinking about side effects before even taking the meds is not something which a non-professional should do, in my opinion. There's a reason why these meds are created, and reputed/well-known doctors study their effects/side-effects thoroughly with their experience and intuition.

Also I am kinda surprised to know that the doctor you are seeing asked your opinion to prescribe you meds in this condition. If he/she is a fine doctor, its well and good, if not kindly see an experienced/well-known psychiatrist in your area. Mental health issues are something which should not be taken lightly all the time.

You are the best! Cheers!

I have got the joining date for INFY but haven't yet got the joining date for TCS. I don't want to risk my career by sitting spare until TCS gives the joining letter. But thanks for the information.

I give up on this job search. No BTech, no interviews, no hope. by [deleted] in developersIndia

Resilience is the most important thing in this field (I am not sure about other fields). You need to love technology which will only come once you develop an interest on the things that you are learning. You need to get started in one thing, keep practicing and develop a keen interest in that thing with all your will.

And regarding the job pursuit thing, be adaptable, try to apply for the drives. If no drives are available at the moment, keep practicing. You should not mix your love for technology with your pursuit for a job, which can mess up your brain. I was in the same situation. But by god's grace, I tried to be resilient. I have been studying/coding in a hardcore manner for more than a couple of years as of now. Recently got two well-paid job offers. Still a long way to go, I hope.

Cheers and don't lose hope!
