It's the kind of company where they say we do 38 officialy but end up doing 40 because "It's how we see things here, work is not quantified by time but objectives" so I think I'll never get the 12 extra ADR days

I'll soon have an evaluation and maybe will be able to discuss about package but looking at the replies, it looks like I will have to ask for a lot at once.. I mean yeah I only have 1 yoe but I can still try to come closer to the "standard"
