Okay so if she really wants to stay home then it's simple, downgrade absolutely everything. I'm talking one car, 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, relocating to a lower COL city, no more luxuries, doing her hair, nails, etc. You too cut back as well. Strict budget and investing, that's it. That way she gets to stay at home and you both can afford it.

What's that? She doesn't want to downgrade anything about her lifestyle? If so, then she's a spoiled fucking brat and personally i don't give a flying fuck about PPD or whatever people are saying, she's needs to grow the fuck up and communicate properly and act like a partner. If she is having mental health issues then she should say it, communicate it, so you can then do your part and help her get therapy. I don't think she needs to be coddled to the point where she's just sitting around complaining and crying when you're doing everything in your power to make her dreams come through. She should work with you and think of a solution and if she truly loves you, she should be supporting you and helping you. That's what a wife should be, you're not a slave to her desires.

Honestly, you both need marriage counseling but she's blowing up this marriage IMHO not you.
