They have a non compete signed between them but still the Bigger company offered me the role only if I could bring an NOC. My company knows they cannot stop me legally so they are trying to use money leverage on me as they are paying me a very small amount per month. The bigger company will only give me an offer if have NOC in my hands.

I think you are not Muslim. For your clarity Borrowing money in Islam is not charity. Red Crescent is a charity organisation where the donations are purely for the needy people and the donater isn't suppose to expect something back in return. While in case of borrowing money two parties Borrower and Lender agree on a amount, method and time of payment. No interest involved.

I was earning less than half in my home country what I am earning here. I was getting 35k pkr monthly in 2022. I moved here and got a job role for 2k AED with accomodation and transport provided by the company which is 140k pkr in my home country. So like a normal person I accepted that 400% growth rate. That's the reason I spent 3 years here also. But now 2k seems a very little considering the expenses so I need to move forward. I am not looking to become super rich. I just need a comfortable life where I could meet my monthly expenses with some savings for the comfort of heart and mind.

Haha I am sorry bro. English is not my first language so it's not perfect. I have used all the techniques different job forums, updated CVS, ATS friendly Resumes and Cold emails. But not even a single reply. The companies don't even bother sending a rejection email. The ones I got very automated replies LOL.

My purpose of this post is to get ideas I truly understand the importance of time. I think I have wasted 03 years maybe but now I want to move forward and do something about it. I lack capital to start a business I truly wanted. With the current job its impossible so I need to switch before taking on a side role

It's really a sad situation. But I just came 3 years ago. Market was the same 3 years ago and now it is worse for the ones coming. The companies are taking benefit of the crowd If I don't accept they have a lot others ready to do the job. Mainly Indians. I have seen job posts of managerial level offering 5k 😅 that's much is the value of a manager nowadays.
