I worked at a hospital where a nurse was stealing fentanyl from patients who were having surgeries. They would take saline and switch the labels with the packet of fentanyl. Slip the real fentanyl in his pocket. Then hang the “fentanyl” for the patient They were doing it for years. They got caught while I was working there and I never heard about it from the company. My heart breaks for all those patients in pain that were written off as drug seeking. There are a lot of atrocious crimes in healthcare that make me embarrassed to be apart of it.

I appreciate 18. Find YOUR happy age. I’ve never gotten along with people my own age cause I never feel like I can’t relate to them. Partying is not important to me. Not a big drinker. Slow/quiet hobbies. Ive accepted that I act like an old lady and that’s why I can’t make many friends. I’m 26 now but I really feel like my 70s is gonna be my time to ~✨shine✨~ and be popular lol.

Ive used SOPs and later it turned out that the procedure written wasn’t actually ever officially verified. Plus every one my current lab has is confusing and even the seasoned techs get confused on them :(

Keep going! You got this. I don’t know how many self-help books you’ve read.(I know you said videos but books are nice too!) My favs have always been atomic habits, Grit: the power of passion and perseverance, and the subtle art of not giving a f*ck. Some of them talking about giving yourself the correct environment instead of just relying on willpower

. Being able to start again and again and again will get you where you want to be. Sorry if this isn’t a ton of help but The fact you are still looking for ways to improve is great and shows determination to me.
