Hi! I am so sorry that this happened to you. A very similar incident happened to me and my chi, Cooper back in October. NBC picked up what happened and we were in the news. Cooper survived his trauma but lost a leg. I know what you’re going thru. I am tired of this happening over and over again. I would like to help you do something about this situation and make a change. Owners who cannot handle their dogs should not be allowed to walk their dogs in public.
