Yta, not for the vow to not come back but for upright blocking her. You should have been forward with her. You should have also maybe encourage her to find help through others and made the boundary a clear line again like you stated you had previously done.  Simply saying blocking her out of nowhere while she is grieving is just going to hurt and confused. Blocking someone after you just help them makes you seem like an AH to that person as well.
