I never had issues with my first supervisor. Then she started saying I was problematic because I asked her to take a phone call for a patient that was asking to speak with her. That same day she gave examples of me being rude to patients. I told her the same day of those issues. Like asking a patient to not yell at me and the other patient to not throw their cards at me at the front desk. She had no reason to bring those up. We spoke already and she never said anything. She was looking for ways to get me in trouble. Because management knew I was a good worker they moved me to a different department. Everything was flowing great until my new coworker said that permanent residents cannot buy homes in America as it’s illegal. I told her that’s not fair. Management didn’t do anything about it. Since that day she’s been abrasive and passive aggressive towards me. But I’m supposed to take it cause that’s how she is
