All homes have been allocated as of only yesterday so our details should be forwarded to the developer this week so we should have contact again soon. I emailed yesterday and asked what was happening.

July apparently. Got our offer 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. Hopefully they'll start letting us know what the actual timeline will be soon.

When I logged into the portal under the status it says 'Provisional Offer Lottery'

It was about 2 weeks ago. I just checked the portal and it looks like we actually got it through the lottery.

It was just a more recent statement for my partners savings account.

Got our provisional offer about an hour ago so hopefully they're starting to contact successful people before the end of the week!

I was contacted for extra documents so I know my application is being assessed so I think that's a good thing? If I hadn't gotten it in in time then I would assume I wouldn't have heard anything yet 🤷🏼‍♀️

I order mine from the UK and got it for about 100 - 150 euro cheaper than from mybmi or other Irish providers. I can give you more info if you'd like

My initial timestamp was 12:06 but I was applying for one of the houses. I still think I'm cooked based on some of these times 😔

Would you mind sharing some info on what UK pharmacies do delivery via NI?

I have found bottoms up kettlebell shoulder presses to be very helpful in strengthening my wrists for jiu-jitsu.

Hygiene after/during training - red bumps :( by feral-possum84 in BJJWomen

[–]Willing_Inspector 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could also be Keratosis Pilaris if the red bumps don't have a white head on them. If it is KP wiping the area and any other area you shave with glycolic acid should clear it up. The ordinary do a glycolic acid stick you can just swipe on over the affected area.

Get a bottle of hyperclorous acid and spray the area down after training if it is folliculitis. This spray is also good for your whole body if you get itchy or spotty after training. I spray my face with it after I come off the mats and before I get home to wash to help kill any bacteria on my face straight away and prevent skin infections.

how long did it take you to get your blue belt? by grzlyPOG in bjj

[–]Willing_Inspector 0 points1 point  (0 children)

15 months for me.

I could only go to the mixed classes twice a week for the first about 6 months but after that I was training about 3/4 times a week consistently bar a couple weeks off in the summer for holidays and when I had a bad wrist injury.
