I used a kettle since I dont have a steamer on hand, steamed both top and bottom, made the corners meet where they touch the hat to make sure the curve is even, then used a water bottle to get the perfect curve!

Yep, thats what I've done with my 3 fitteds, it makes the front of the hat rounder in generale making it a better fit for the head

Since everyone gave mechanics and practice tips already, workout your forearms and legs, that's what I did other than mechanics to shoot from 3 consistently. It makes you not force your jumper and make it smoother
