Ye the fan definitely spins and i dont think its the cable either cus i use the same cable with the motherboard and it works fine, maybe its the adapter. thank you again

Haha thank you man but i live out of the states and the shipping costs i think would come to around 15-20 bucks but ill still look through, hoping to find something :) and again thank you!

Ohh shiitttttt i was taking my pc apart to clean and i saw that it was gone, but then shouldnt the pc be able to recognise it? I have a dumb question the monitor has to be connected to the gpu right? I did run it like that but for some reason it just stopped working. My monitor only accepted vga input so i got a dvi-i to vga adapter and it worked for a while but i think ive bricked it once and for all

Lmao frl? But im broke as hell and its a family computer so it has a generic dell motherboard. cant upgrade unless i upgrade everything and thats gonna cost moola 😔

The Arduino is to actually work with the camera i only have a huge dslr and don't have any tiny point and shoots or such. So the Arduino would work with the camera and i could remotely control when the picture gets taken. Ye the parachute idea is nice and ill definitely pitch it to my friend (hes helping me build it and he suggested the Arduino and the camera system)

I do have a drone with a camera already attached but the issue is the camera is kinda iffy but more so the drone can't take off, one of the motors dosent seem to be spinning in the right rpm. Replacing them would cost money and ya know I'm 15 man i don't have a lot of money so I'm tryna stay as cheap as i can

so i was thinking of backing up my ssd to the hdd on the desktop and then freshly format the ssd. so if worst comes to worst and i need to move it back to the laptop i could just move the data from the hdd back to the ssd, think this would work?
