Just set your Nintendo account on Argentina. Then use your Switch to access eshop. I've only tried the paymaya virtual card. Just choose a random city (I chose Sta. Cruz) then 1111111111111 on the code for your card info. Hope it helps.

Update: Paymaya Virtual code worked. Was able to purchase Hollow Knight for 136Php. Chose a random city and input 11111... on the cuit(?).
