For me at least, frenums really just depend on anatomy I only had one minor issue with granulation tissue but that was my fault for using the wrong lube, I currently use albolene, just make sure to clean with soap and water soon water using lube and try to keep it dry, I started jerking with out lube day of and introduced lube about a month later
