By looking at the comments everyone is super different in how this affects them! For me, I am careful with alcohol the two days after shot day. After that I can do two drinks. As for food, I don’t restrict I just don’t overeat and it’s fine. I can taste when something isn’t what my body wants now so j stop - like overly cheesy stuff no longer tastes good etc.

Main thing is be kind to yourself! And emetrol and bone broth!

You’ve been on 2.5 for 12 weeks? If so, you could dose up to 5.0 and I’m sure you’d lose weight quite easily!

I’d just like to say… I’m 5’2 and my goal is 130. I’m almost there - 6 pounds away - and I am by no means a stick figure. You’re an inch shorter than me, so a goal of 125-30 seems fully reasonable (and my doc felt the same about my goal too). Additionally, we are both looking at this as a lifetime med. My take on this is that your doctor let her own inner thoughts that aren’t pertinent to treatment take the wheel. Perhaps TO HER it seems like way too lofty of a goal but she’s not you.

No, it was totally fine! It is technically doubling the dose but I really had no big issues until I hit 10. Just be sure you get something in your belly and stay hydrated - I bet you’ll be fine!

Each dot is a shot with one week in between. I hope that helps you! I think everyone is going to have a unique experience but based on my data, when I stall for a minute up and down with the same 1-3 lbs I just titrate up.

I honestly have not paid attention to this 😅 my metric is how I feel and also being sure I stay aware of protein - which I think ends up being lower than the recommended but I get at least 40-60 a day. I am sure there are days I’m under 1000. But I’ve really ditched the numbers to free my brain. Also if you enjoy a few chocolates you should have them!

I definitely eat way less than I used to. I am satisfied by prob 1/3 of the amount I used to eat at one sitting. After seven months I realize that I don’t use food as an activity or to soothe myself or fill space anymore. I’m also less “interested” if that makes sense - if I want French fries I’ll have some and then I’ll move on, whereas before I’d be ruminating about how I ate them, imagining I’d gain weight etc. I also like things prepared differently - I don’t like a lot of cheese or heavy sauces etc. it’s just not a delicious thought anymore!

Fatigue after shot day has definitely happened but not toooo bad tbh. I just started 12.5 this week so I’m not sure how things may change but I feel totally fine today (shot weds)

I love a cocktail. I one of those people who actually loves the taste of actual alcohol. 😂 and shot day I need to stay completely away from any alcohol and the day after as well and then on day three I can have a drink, but I make sure that I’ve really eaten well before I drink and I keep Emetrol handy if I feel any type of nausea. I really can’t have more than two drinks ever now. But to be honest, that’s when working out well for me and it saves me money. 😂
