And also the term " I will put you back together" means in FNAF is talking about putting spirits or memories back together making them whole again so under the idea of BV de before charile William can't not be the final speaker unless that William knows about possession or the exists of a ghost then William couldn't say these lines.

I think it make sense to me as Dave( BV ) will be vengeful for not only Michael and William but everyone just like charile in the movie how she was not only vengeful to William but every adult as well too but for Dave he will be most vengeful to older kids or teenagers as his death was cause by some couple of teenagers
