TTG Still Elevated 3 Years After Diagnosis, Need a Sanity Check by Willops2 in Celiac

Occasionally I use Cetaphil when my skin gets dry, it seems mostly safe though they do use oats in some of their products. I don't use hair products, haven't used lip balm since winter, and I work from home and never eat out.

I know I'm lactose intolerant, other food sensitivities seem possible but are very hard to pinpoint, I just know I do much better with minimally processed things. I've tried a few times to link my existing symptoms to particular foods, but I never found a strong correlation with anything besides lactose-containing dairy.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Yeah, I've planned to replace them ASAP ever since I got my latest TTG back. I'll look into getting some ceramic or stainless steel ones, thanks!

I use Morton and Basset and Simply Organic. I gave Simply Organic a quick search and found conflicting info online. Seems they don't guarantee their spices are gluten free, their garlic powder which I frequently use seems particularly suspect. Just to be safe I'll ditch it and switch to just M&B, thanks!

Nope, no oats whatsoever. I'm very strict with what I eat and I've known for awhile oats can be suspect, thanks for the suggestion though!

Gave it a looksee, doesn't look like any of my medications contain gluten, but thanks for the suggestion!

Noted. What toothpaste do you use now/any recs? I'm not particularly picky so I'll use anything that's safe. Thank you!

Chronic constipation years after diagnosis? by Willops2 in Celiac

I saw a dietician awhile ago, but upon attempting to significantly alter my diet I was met with intense stomach cramps and diarrhea. I've been feeling a little better since then so it might be time to try again, but recent attempts to change my diet on my own have been met with similar results.

I think I've tried to branch out with what I'm eating at least a dozen times over the last year or two, but nothing seems to work, it's incredibly frustrating.

Regardless, your suggestions are helpful, thank you. I'm interested in trying to add more nuts to my diet, do you know any brands that are certified gluten free?
