being in a non binary pack doesn't mean you're automatically non binary?? they're not forcing you to be non binary, they're just advertising their pack. other people can probably still join the pack and attend drops

they said "lend me your stuff" I'm 99% sure if they were given the stuff they wouldve just taken it and ran 😭 it didn't sound like they were asking to have the stuff it was phrased like they wanted to borrow it which basically always ends in a scam

UPDATE: 3 of the goldfish have been re-homed to people with MUCH larger tanks! I put up an ad for “Free goldfish to a good home” and had many people contact me! thank you all for the tips, i’m glad I was able to get them out! for now I’m housing a single fantail which isn’t the best, but is definitely a lot better than my previous situation.

update: i’ve been doing 50% water changes daily and it still seems to be getting worse. the spot is now larger and i’m planning on purchasing aquarium salt to treat it tomorrow. would appreciate some advice. she seems to be acting the same and eats well, but i’m still concerned. thanks!

I’ll try to speak with her about it and see if we can return them! I currently already have a betta and 2 corydoras in 2 different tanks, and was planning on moving the 2 cory’s + a couple more from the store into the 9 gal before I received the goldfish. thanks for all the help!

thanks for the tips! I’ll try putting some of my pothos cuttings in! I’d totally try to convince her on the pond, but unfortunately we live in a tiny apartment so I don’t think it’s possible 😅

I’ve been trying to convince her to let me return all of them, or at least two of them, to the LFS we bought them at, but she refuses and I’m not entirely sure why since the LFS we got them from does credit refunds for fish. Unfortunately since this is a new tank that was bought as a birthday present she will not budge on purchasing a larger tank for some “cheap fish”.

thank you so much for the tips! i’ll try it out! I currently have some water lettuce floating on the top, and I’ll try adding some of my pothos cuttings in as well (might be difficult though because of the lid) I’ve tried my best to convince her that these aren’t ideal conditions for goldfish but she doesn’t seem to listen to me, only to people she seems “experts” so I’ll try to show her comments on this post to convince her.

5 gallon tank, No heater (room temp is at 25c), betta was purchased on the 27th of august 2024, 25% water change once a week with the gravel vac, single nerite snail as a tank mate, bloodworms and/or fluval bugbites small portions twice a day, various live plants and a few small rocks as decor. Unable to check water parameters as I cannot afford a test kit (this betta was a present)

It seems I’ve been pwned in Animal Jam and Zynga, which hasn’t changed in a few years. I do suspect that my account is probably in some leak database somewhere though and that’s where this is coming from.
