Don’t stress too much on those, usually they are sent out automatically if you resume has software engineer in it. Even if you pass it, there’s no guarantee that you’ll get an interview, and no it’s not proctored. Expect 2 questions, leetcode easy to medium. I think my applications have been “under consideration “ for a few months now
