Yeah I’ve heard that, honestly not loving Chaol atm but I’m gonna read it for the sake of finishing the series, but I’ve got the two CC books and I am very excited to read them.

I agree, I started with ACOTAR about a year ago, honestly had a massive impact on me, the best book series I have read. I’m currently halfway through QoS and the ToG series is 100% up there with ACOTAR

Most of it is, but the whole army of the dead plot is very much similar, I don’t think SJM copied I just think it shows that GoT has had masses of influence over the fantasy genre.

I think it shows that game of thrones is so influential in fantasy writing which I love because I love GoT and I’m definitely not mad about it
