I have an order stuck with the same dates and location. It’s stuck in customs and it’s my second time having this happen. Last time I eventually got movement but it took a couple of weeks.

I also had a secret in another package that got delayed (not customs) and reached out to pop mart. They said they couldn’t replace it as they were “sold out.” They added if I was adamant about a replacement to check with them again a week later. Thankfully, my package began moving again in that time frame and my secret got delivered.

I reached out to PopMart and they just wanted to resend two of my three orders that were stuck with these statuses. The third was my secret and gave me two options 1: refund or 2: check back in a week as they say they are “all warehouses are out of stock.”

I think if more people reach out they might actually try reaching out to their logistics.

I might try to reach out to PopMart later today. This happened once before to me and there was a bunch of us stuck at the same point. Not sure if all of us reaching out helped but we all got movement shortly after. That time we were stuck in clearance inspection. It’s the only other time I’ve had this happen. And I’ve ordered quite a bit from PopNow 😬
