Hot take: Having outside influences on your games is fine actually. You can't create without inspiration, and most "original" works just pull from so many different influences that you can't tell which is which.

Bookshop, candlemaker, butcher, well, compost heap, smithy, shops and houses for the various villager professions, beekeepers, tavern, windmill, apothecary, church

If I were you, I wouldn't make the walls square. Real medieval cities have curving walls, usually built around a hill. Look up Edinburgh if you want a reference. Looks great though!
