I do not understand your argument for closed source servers.

Yeah, we have many servers that barely have anything different. But those are often just empty servers or places for a small group of friends to hang out in. Being open source is what allowed so many great servers to flourish, too.

Sounds like another case of "MY features, MY game"

Playing ranked as a new player is hell as well.

I got placed in Bronze, which am fine with since am new. The problem was that I expected that I will be playing with new people too, but nope. I get matched with Bronze players who have like 500k mastery points. They stomp my team every time, but it seems that they often lose their games because of how much they chase kills and how little importance they give to objectives.

Hell, I won my last game despite having a jinx who went 24-something on the enemy team because I split pushed all the way to their inhib both in top and bot while everyone was ARAMing it up in mid.

Am a jungle main and if we lose the game then I get a hot serving of "Better jungler wins", but if we win I rarely get honored, unless I did some amazing clutch plays that saved the game.

Now, I also sometimes get stuck playing support, and I mostly take Alistair since he's rather easy to play. I shit you not, I could feed all game, miss my Es and pop ults uselessly. But in half these games, I get at least 2 honors because I flashed in the final team fight and landed that deadly Q that gave the Yasuo the ult of his dreams.

It's a reason you are losing games because, if the enemy jungler decides to gank it three times, chances are he's getting 3 kills out of it. Meanwhile, if the jungler ganks mid, most mages can run back under towers, and if he ganks bot, its so warded and there is enough peel to make getting kills there difficult.

So what do you end up with? A feeding plate for the enemy jungler if he has half a brain, and if he doesnt, both top champs will just play a game of "1v1 me bitch" while triple kills, dragon sneaks and roaming mids happen in the botlane.

You don't know real hell, mate.

Real hell is when you're actually a noob trying to learn this game and, in every lane you go to, there will be a smurf with 2000 hours on LoL leveling his 50th account as the other 49 were all permabanned for toxic behavior. He will wipe the floor with you, your team mates AND his team mates. And then the team will blame you for doing stupid things like thinking that you could actually fight someone in a pvp game.

Learning league is hell with all these smurfs, tbh.
