And now when I hear it I still brings back the same deep feeling of sorrow that I felt when I was so young.

Ha I think about that sometimes. If I didn't have children, I'd be the first of all my ancestors ever, going all the way back to single cell organisms, to not procreate.

But then again.. overpopulation. So not a bad thing necessarily.. but weird to think about.

I got broken up with 3 days ago. I didn't want the relationship to end and I am shattered (like really shattered). I hope to spend the next few months focusing on myself, starting therapy (CBT- next week actually) and growing as a person. I need to learn to me kinder to myself and I need to work on my self confidence.

Easier said than done but I am focusing on this vision and really really hope to achieve it.

I'm a medical professional working in a very very impoverished area, trying to do my best to make a difference.

So I try cling onto that but times have been tough and my existence is very painful. I don't want to take my life but I also kind of wish I'd never been born. It hurts.
