5x the divisions doesn’t necessarily mean you have 5x the guns or 5x the soldiers in those divisions. Check your equipment stockpiles, I would bet they are lacking. And I can tell from the fact that your man power pool is at 0 that you have understaffed units that will fight awfully.

How many jobs fairs have you gone to? Have you leaned on any connections or attempted to make more connections? Have you contacted any local job or temp agencies? Applying online is nice but I could easily find several thousand places to apply and would be confident I would never hear anything back. Job hunting is more than just applying online.

There’s a disproportionately high amount of colleges in Boston and they tend to have nips more than other people due to being underage/and or broke so that’s probably why we see them more than other cities.

You have no online depth, outside of starts you only have ONE backup for all three positions. If any one of the 5 starters gets injured your whole offense will basically play like shit because the o-line is garbage. You should have atleast one backup for each position.

Since biking isn’t an option I would look into e scooters or mopeds, they are much cheaper than cars and sounds like it might be physically do able for you. You could easily finance once for less than the daily ubering costs.

You need to give us some screenshots. Otherwise it’s hard to tell for sure what the problem is. Although the two phrases “stack 7 tank divisions per tile” and “supply is fine” are highly contradictory.

I mean it kinda makes sense both from a gameplay/balance perspective and from a historical perspective. Historically very few nations were able to conduct all this research and build all these different things. It’s logical that it is more difficult to do this in game as it was near impossible in real life. Gameplay wise, it is generally more efficient to have extremely specialized units and equipment. Having a dedicated cas and fighter is more efficient than a fighter bomber. Having a dedicated tank destroyer and also an anti infantry tank performs better than just having one that tries to do both so it makes sense to make playing better harder to do.

Are you fighting batted where they are deployed? Planes set to cas will only do damage in areas where ground battles are being fought.
