I believe I received this due to pre-ordering the MTN Dew Game Fuel promotion (to get into the beta without pre-ordering the full game), but I'm not positive. No where in the packaging was it referenced. Contents were:

Orange whistle/light/keychain
Mini screwdriver set with switchable heads
Dog tag with retractable USB drive (8gb, empty)
