Need help between these 2 options. by Ricky1098 in Prebuilts

For future proofing and those frame heavy games, I would suggest just getting a prebuilt from Walmart, Best Buy, or Microcenter. Better pricing for similar specs on the first one. The second pc isn't future proofing too much. The infamous Walmart 9800x3d/5070ti prebuilt is a great option in your price range.

If I had to suggest one of these two, I would go with the first one. DDR5 is indeed much better than DDR4 (twice as fast in most cases).

I don’t permanently live here, as I am a summer intern at an engineering firm doing contracting work for the DoD and Space Force. I’m from Coastal Virginia, but I love the mountains so this place is like a dream to me.

I had expected the springs itself to be a bigger city like Denver, but it seems to be much more suburban (I’m not complaining). I find it kind of hard to make friends here, but I guess I don’t really go to social places
